Emily Taffel is the founder of Mugsy PR and an award-winning publicist, social media strategist, brand experience consultant and the author of the children’s book “Don’t Limit Me On What I Can Be.” With a public relations career that spans almost 20 years and just as many industries, she now specializes in the marine and luxury lifestyle sector as well as hospitality, food and beverage and entertainment. She is the communications director for the Association for Women in Communications South Florida Chapter, and she is the proud recipient of numerous awards including two Bernays Awards for her experiential marketing work, a Lifestyle Media Group Rockstar Award (2022), and a Prestigious Women Award from South Florida Business and Wealth (2023). She holds a bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University.
