Jen leads her team in creative and strategic work to grow brands and propel businesses forward. Her career has evolved from merchandising at Target Corp. in Minneapolis, Minn., to helping build an event staffing agency in New York City. Whether she is creative directing a video shoot or analyzing and proposing a new communication strategy for her clients, her joyful and innovative approach to collaboration helps the Creative Springs team produce purposeful and vision-driven work.
