Foundation Leadership

The Florida Public Relations Education Foundation (FPREF) is lead by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of public relations and communications professionals throughout the state of Florida.  Each Board member serves a three-year term.

The following are standing and ad hoc committees:

Finance 
Chaired by the Treasurer, this committee is responsible for budgeting and financial oversight of the Foundation.

Development/Fundraising 
Plans and executes the Foundation’s annual fundraising campaign, “Show a Colleague Some Love.”

Student Scholarships
Reviews scholarship applications and awards scholarships annually.

Governance 
Recommends changes to bylaws and policies and procedures for approval by the Board.

Board Development 
Identifies potential Board members to ensure Board stability and continuity of leadership.
